A client comes in. We sit down. We look at the lot, the budget, the idea, and the problem that needs to be solved. Then we begin drawing.
That has been the rhythm of the office for more than three decades.
The tools are better now. The work is still personal.
We use new technology to organize the process, study the details, and move more clearly from conversation to plan. But the future of this office is not replacing what has always worked. It is doing it with more clarity, more memory, and more care.

Mark Lynn didn’t set out to become Nashville’s most prolific residential designer. He set out to do honest work for good people. Three and a half decades later, that quiet commitment has shaped neighborhoods across Middle Tennessee and defined what thoughtful residential design means here.
The firm’s reputation was built on three things: integrity in every detail, stewardship of every dollar, and the long view. 2,600 projects, delivered with a handshake reputation that precedes him everywhere he goes.
