Leadership
Where design meets investment discipline.
The interiors division is led by Daphne Harding-Smith, a Nashville-based developer, designer, and real estate professional with a background in residential development, finance, and high-end home design.
Daphne holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from The University of Alabama and previously worked with BlackRock and Harbert Realty Services before transitioning into residential development and design. Her experience spans custom development, interior design strategy, construction collaboration, and investment-focused project planning across Middle Tennessee.
By combining practical construction knowledge with a strong understanding of design, marketability, and value creation, Daphne helps clients make informed decisions that improve both the home itself and the overall project outcome.
